- By publishing reviews swiftly whether they are good or bad (as well as responding to them).
- By continuing to accept and encourage reviews on legitimate 3rd party review sites like TrustPilot and Google alongside our own review platform.
- As soon as we are able to have our reviews cryptographically signed a la blockchain by our customers, we will!
Overall I am very happy with the results.
I received the first draft sooner than the 24hrs I had paid to upgrade too at . I was a tiny bit disappointed that while I received the first draft at 6.45am in the morning, I made comments on them by 9am (they were fairly minor things) I then didn't get the second draft till 8.50pm that night, I really had hoped to receive it back during business hours on the Friday. I understand everyone is busy, that's expected, I guess the expectation from getting the first draft early made me think that the revisions would be prompter as well.
Aside from this, my CV now looks great. It still reads like me and covers the key aspects of my career but isn't bogged down in technical stuff.
